To register your child for our Preschool or Pre-K class, please click on the "download" button below to download the form. *Please note: If you have been informed that there is a waitlist, you will only need to return the registration form until you are notified that a spot has opened for your child.

We will notify you that we have received your registration either by email or phone call.

In order to hold your child's spot in our program, please return the Enrollment Form and $50 enrollment fee. Once received, you will receive email confirmation that includes the full registration packet.
